Avon Team Leader

I joined Avon 5yrs ago as an Area manager and progressed onto National Trainer. Although I loved working for Avon I did not love my earning potential being capped and I'm also not a great lover of being an employee - own boss all the way!!

I decided to take a leap of faith and leave my employed role and start my self employed Sales Leader Journey and I can honestly say that I have never once regretted this decision.

Do I work hard? Yes!! Do I love it? Yes - I have an uncapped earning opportunity and I reap the rewards of the hard work I put into building my team and from selling Avon's award winning products, which is way better than working for a company and for that company being rewarded for my hard work! I offer support, encouragement and training on and offline to all of my team so that they can earn the money they want and achieve the goals that they have set themselves - what a way to make a great living!!
